As a WorkSmart Academy Co-ordinator in Kainos, you will have a key role in the efficient running of the Academy programmes and deliverables for our Workday practice. You'll be responsible for Academy Programme logistics, scheduling, document management, administration and co-ordination across Capability, Operations, and People teams. You will contribute to the design of the suite of WorkSmart programmes delivered by the Academy, and will deliver modules where required. You will support the Head of Academy in the management, reporting, and administration of Workday Certifications and training, administration of ecosystem processes for joiners/leavers, case management and triage, and invoicing/purchase orders. You will work closely with the Head of the WorkSmart Academy, as well as working independently and confidently to manage your own workload. You’ll support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.
